1. Introduction

By using Your Dropship Store you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Orders and payment

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

3. Multi-vendor marketplace

Products are listed and fulfilled by independent vendors. Your Dropship Store acts as the merchant of record and is responsible for processing your payment. Individual vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings and fulfilment of orders.

4. Returns and refunds

You have the right to return items within 14 days of receipt under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact us to initiate a return.

5. Liability

Your Dropship Store is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of this site or its products beyond the value of your original purchase.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
